Applying to the Esri Canada GIS Associate Program was a no-brainer. I viewed it as a prestigious opportunity to work for a very successful company that leverages a world-leading GIS platform. One of the best elements of the program is definitely the ongoing mentoring support – it’s really pushed me outside of my comfort zone, allowing me to continuously self-discover and develop new technical skills. The program has provided me with a critical learning path where I am always accomplishing new goals and moving in a forward direction.
